Shipping policy

Weights for all items have been added to this website and are used to calculated shipping prices. Shipping prices can be seen at checkout. 

Shipping options include USPS and UPS.  Standard shipping in the US is usually 7-10 days following order processing.  Please allow up to 3 days for order processing.  Once your order has been shipped you should get an email with a tracking number.  You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery of your item. 

If an item goes missing during the delivery, please check the following:

Was the correct address entered?

Did your package get delivered to a nearby neighbor?

If you still have not located your package, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.  We will discuss options for a replacement or a credit to your account.
